三、加(jia)減(jian)分(fen)法。首先確(que)定一(yi)(yi)個基數,達(da)到這個基數時,得分(fen)為一(yi)(yi)百(bai)分(fen),當實際達(da)成超過或低于(yu)該基數時,按一(yi)(yi)定規則加(jia)減(jian)分(fen)。比(bi)如某班(ban)組每班(ban)次(ci)生產(chan)(chan)產(chan)(chan)品五十臺為基準得分(fen)為一(yi)(yi)百(bai)分(fen),每多或少生產(chan)(chan)一(yi)(yi)臺則加(jia)或減(jian)五分(fen),一(yi)(yi)般會(hui)設置(zhi)最高(gao)加(jia)分(fen),如最高(gao)加(jia)二十分(fen),加(jia)減(jian)分(fen)法一(yi)(yi)般適用(yong)于(yu)目標(biao)任(ren)務比(bi)較明確(que),技(ji)術比(bi)較穩定的情況。
