很多HR都有個疑問,一個月(yue)的(de)工資(zi)是(shi)五千(qian),那(nei)一天的(de)工資(zi)應該(gai)是(shi)多少?如何計算是(shi)準(zhun)確的(de)?在這(zhe)里介紹三種最常(chang)用(yong)的(de)方法(fa):

一(yi)、按(an)計薪天(tian)數來(lai)核算日工(gong)資(zi)。記住一(yi)個(ge)數字21.75,這(zhe)就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)在(zai)標(biao)準工(gong)時的(de)情況下,公司的(de)月計薪天(tian)數。那(nei)么每(mei)(mei)天(tian)的(de)工(gong)資(zi),就(jiu)(jiu)等于月工(gong)資(zi)除以(yi)月計薪天(tian)數,也就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)21.75。比如(ru)老劉的(de)月工(gong)資(zi)是(shi)三(san)千塊,那(nei)每(mei)(mei)天(tian)的(de)工(gong)資(zi)就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)三(san)千除以(yi)21.75等于一(yi)百三(san)十七點九三(san)元。另外在(zai)這(zhe)種計算方式下,休息日也就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)周末是(shi)沒有工(gong)資(zi),比如(ru)工(gong)作日和法定節假(jia)日才有工(gong)資(zi)。

二(er)、按(an)(an)應(ying)出(chu)(chu)(chu)勤天(tian)數(shu)計算(suan)(suan)日工(gong)資(zi)。因為有很多企業在(zai)實際進(jin)(jin)行過程(cheng)中,并不(bu)是(shi)(shi)采用雙(shuang)(shuang)休的(de)(de)標準工(gong)作制(zhi),所以如果用21.75這個計薪天(tian)數(shu),可能就不(bu)太準確。因為21.75是(shi)(shi)按(an)(an)照雙(shuang)(shuang)休的(de)(de)標準計算(suan)(suan)出(chu)(chu)(chu)來的(de)(de)計薪天(tian)數(shu)。所以對(dui)于這類(lei)企業,就可以按(an)(an)照應(ying)出(chu)(chu)(chu)勤天(tian)數(shu)來核算(suan)(suan)日工(gong)資(zi),計算(suan)(suan)的(de)(de)方法就是(shi)(shi)日工(gong)資(zi)等(deng)于月(yue)(yue)工(gong)資(zi),除以當(dang)月(yue)(yue)的(de)(de)應(ying)出(chu)(chu)(chu)勤天(tian)數(shu)。舉個例子,老(lao)劉上(shang)班(ban)的(de)(de)工(gong)資(zi)是(shi)(shi)單休,二(er)零二(er)三年六月(yue)(yue),老(lao)劉的(de)(de)應(ying)出(chu)(chu)(chu)勤天(tian)數(shu)是(shi)(shi)二(er)十(shi)四(si)天(tian),月(yue)(yue)工(gong)資(zi)是(shi)(shi)三千(qian)塊(kuai),那老(lao)劉當(dang)月(yue)(yue)的(de)(de)日工(gong)資(zi),就是(shi)(shi)三千(qian)除以二(er)十(shi)四(si)等(deng)于一(yi)百二(er)十(shi)五元,那同(tong)樣的(de)(de)道理,員工(gong)在(zai)當(dang)月(yue)(yue)的(de)(de)實際工(gong)資(zi)是(shi)(shi)多少?就按(an)(an)照實際出(chu)(chu)(chu)勤天(tian)數(shu)進(jin)(jin)行核算(suan)(suan)即可。

三(san)(san)(san)、按(an)照(zhao)日(ri)(ri)(ri)歷天數計算日(ri)(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)。在這種模式(shi)下,日(ri)(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)等(deng)于(yu)(yu)月工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)除(chu)以當(dang)月的(de)(de)(de)日(ri)(ri)(ri)歷天數。舉例(li)老(lao)劉的(de)(de)(de)月工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)是(shi)(shi)三(san)(san)(san)千塊(kuai),六(liu)月的(de)(de)(de)日(ri)(ri)(ri)歷天數是(shi)(shi)三(san)(san)(san)十,則老(lao)劉當(dang)月的(de)(de)(de)日(ri)(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)三(san)(san)(san)千除(chu)以三(san)(san)(san)十等(deng)于(yu)(yu)一百(bai)塊(kuai)。需要注意的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi),在這種情況下,休息日(ri)(ri)(ri)和(he)法定節假(jia)日(ri)(ri)(ri)都是(shi)(shi)有工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)(de),員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)當(dang)月的(de)(de)(de)實際(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)是(shi)(shi)多少,就(jiu)按(an)照(zhao)其(qi)在職時(shi)間統計就(jiu)可以了,當(dang)然工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作日(ri)(ri)(ri)請假(jia)還是(shi)(shi)要扣除(chu)的(de)(de)(de),以上三(san)(san)(san)種模式(shi)都可以用于(yu)(yu)日(ri)(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)(de)核算公司,具體用哪種,只要和(he)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)達成(cheng)一致就(jiu)可以了。
